How to reach us
Email apps@truesignal.company (or use the contact form) and start your message with "TrueGuard". We reply from a person, not a bot, and aim to answer within 2 working days (India time, Monday to Friday).
What to include
- Your store's .myshopify.com domain.
- What you expected and what happened, with the time it happened.
- For an extraction problem: the product and the filename of the document (do not send us the document itself unless we ask).
- A screenshot of any error message.
What we can help with
- Installing the app and adding the product-safety block to an Online Store 2.0 theme.
- Upload, extraction, review and approval problems.
- Data-erasure and copy-of-my-data requests (see the privacy policy).
- Bug reports and feature ideas.
